His practice at Alliance Law Group focuses on corporate, business and transactional matters, particularly with respect to Israeli companies doing business, or seeking to do business, in the United States. Because he is licensed to practice law in both Israel and Virginia, Oren is uniquely positioned to assist such companies, as well as American companies doing business in Israel. In addition, Oren's Hebrew and Arabic language skills, and his training in International Law and Trade, provide significant support for ALG's international practice, in the Middle East and elsewhere. Mr. Dearson graduated with a Master of Laws in International and Latin American Studies, from the University of Texas School of Law, at Austin. His studies focused on international Trade, the Protection of Cultural Property, Art law, Internet law and Environmental Law. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester, England, and the Israeli Center of Academic Studies, where he completed a joint and bilingual law degree, and was awarded a scholarship and Certificate of Excellence.
