Mike
Nicolay serves as an engineering consultant to Alliance Law Group on
matters
involving radio-frequency spectrum management, electronic equipment
regulatory
authorization requirements, and on other radio/communications technical
issues.
Mike
Nicolay has previously worked as the Manager of the Electromagnetic
Compatibility
(EMC) Design and Testing Division for the Carl T. Jones Corporation,
located in Springfield, VA.
More
recently, Mr. Nicolay was employed as a senior electronics engineer
with the
U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC); he worked at their
engineering
laboratory in Columbia, Maryland.
Mr. Nicolay
has a broad range of experience with respect to electronic equipment
regulations required by the FCC, the European Union (EU) and the
National
Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), for the U.S.
Military. His experiences have included working with in variety of
electronics/communications
fields and with their associated equipment, including:

Nicolay has over 20 years of experience in designing and conducting
radio-frequency site surveys and has performed dozens of
